You are unique, unlike anyone else in the world, likewise, each origin or estate coffee at Java-Roasters is treated differently. We roast each one to a level which highlights its origin characteristics and subtle nuances. The goal is to bring out each coffees unique personality and flavor, not a taste overpowered by the flavor of the roast.

Each coffee is cupped and tasted and logged. Java-Roasters keeps very detailed records, we track time and temperature during each roast to ensure consistent roast profiles. When blending our coffees, unless the recipe calls for it, we roast each coffee prior to blending to maintain each coffees unique contribution to the blend.
